Red and sweeter cherry on the palate tending towards cherry throat lozenges with a blob of cherry jam. Peppery hot finish adds balance.” The “expressive” SABER Elyzia Black Currants was awarded a gold medal, conquering the jury through the  “juicy and vibrant palate with lovely and balanced fruit sweetness vs acidity.” SABER Elyzia Forest Fruits won a silver medal, and SABER Elyzia Blueberries won a bronze medal.

The liqueurs competing in the World Liqueur Awards competition were assessed by a jury of spirits experts and specialists, as well as spirits journalists, and the judging criteria were the taste, production process and product design.

SABER Elyzia was created in 1789, based on a traditional recipe from Bucovina. It is one of the few liqueurs in the world produced and bottled with whole fruits. Appreciated by consumers around the world, SABER Elyzia won numerous awards at competitions organized in Europe, the USA, Asia and South Africa.
