SABER Elyzia, one of the most appreciated liquors from Romania, won this year several distinctions at its category, within four international competitions for alcoholic beverages.
SABER Elyzia is now a collection recognized by Global Liqueur Masters 2017. Each one of the products of the range was rewarded in the competition: SABER Elyzia Blue Berry Brandy and Apricot Brandy received a silver medal. SABER Elyzia Forest Fruits received the gold medal and SABER Elyzia Cranberry received the medal of Master at its category!.
And the series of successes does not stop here. SABER Elyzia Apricot Brandy, SABER Elyzia Forest Fruits and SABER Elyzia Cranberry received silver medals at the International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC), which took place in Great Britain. Additionally, other two distinctions were granted to SABER Elyzia Apricot Brandy and SABER Elyzia Forest Fruits. The two products received the scores: “Excellent” (94%), respectively “Very Good” (88%) from the jury of Ultimate Beverage Challenge 2017 (UBC), a competition developed in the United States.
Founded in 1969, International Wine and Spirit Competition is considered the most prestigious competition of profile in the world. And Ultimate Beverage Challenge was set up in 2010, having the mission to create and establish new higher standards for the assessment of the alcoholic beverages and wines, standards which could supply more precise result, significant and useful in the recognition and promotion of the qualities of the alcoholic products.
The awards offered by the International Wine and Spirit Competition are considered one of the most important distinctions which can be received by a product from the alcoholic beverages industry. First of all, the product is tasted by a group of experts – selected from more than 300 qualified specialists, with experience in the judging of the alcoholic products. Before the results are made public, the products which receive the best appreciations are subjected also to a technical analysis. This crucial stage ensures the complete validation to the winners.
In the competition Ultimate Beverage Challenge each product is analyzed, tasted in ideal conditions, during a period of time, which enables it to present its best characteristics. Each product is assessed is several stages, by a group of specialists, without them knowing the brand or the producer of the beverage. All this in order to eliminate any individual prejudices. The results of the assessment offered following this competition are the most credible and relevant from the alcohol producing industry. The products awarded within the competition Ultimate Beverage Challenge are considered the best from their category because of their competitive performance.
SABER Elyzia Premium Cherry Brandy and SABER Elyzia Premium Apricot Brandy have made an impression also on one of the most exigent juries from China. The two products have won a gold medal, respectively a silver medal at China Wine and Spirits Awards.
