Antonio Salameh, Chairman of Alexandrion Group, proudly carries forward the legacy of his father, the late Dr. Nawaf Salameh, the visionary founder of the group. With a deep understanding of the business and years of active involvement in its growth and evolution, Antonio represents a new generation of leadership, combining the company’s heritage with a global outlook and strategic vision.
Before assuming the role of Chairman, he held several key executive positions, including Executive Director of International Operations and Commercial Director, where he played a pivotal role in driving international expansion and strengthening the group’s global presence.
Antonio holds a Master’s degree in Management from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Long Island University. His academic background, combined with his extensive industry experience, supports his vision for guiding Alexandrion Group into its next chapter of growth and international development.

Roberto Salameh
As Chief Operations Officer of Alexandrion Group, Roberto Salameh oversees the Group’s operational activities, driving efficiency across processes and supporting the continued growth of the business. As a member of the founding family, he represents the next generation of leadership carrying forward the entrepreneurial vision and values that define Alexandrion Group.
His professional journey has been closely linked to the evolution of the Group and the principles that have shaped its identity. Following the passing of his father, Roberto Salameh assumed an active role in leading the company’s operations, working alongside Antonio Salameh to ensure business continuity and support the Group’s ongoing development. Through a results-driven approach and a strong commitment to operational excellence, he contributes to strengthening the organization and advancing its long-term ambitions.
Roberto pursued his education in the United Kingdom and the United States, completing studies in Engineering Foundation and Mechanical Engineering. His international academic background, combined with hands-on experience within the Group, provides him with a strong perspective on the strategic opportunities and future growth of Alexandrion Group.

Rim Daoud
As Head of Hospitality at Alexandrion Group, Rim Daoud oversees the Group’s hospitality activities, helping shape experiences that reflect the company’s values, heritage, and standards of excellence. For more than two decades, she has been an integral part of Alexandrion Group’s journey, supporting business, cultural, and community initiatives that have strengthened the Group’s identity both in Romania and internationally.
Her extensive experience and long-standing involvement within Alexandrion Group have provided her with a deep understanding of the role hospitality plays in building meaningful connections, enhancing brand reputation, and creating memorable experiences.
