This Website was created to provide, free of charge, all interested parties with information about the brands produced by the Alexandrion Group and the products it distributes, as well as to provide information about the activity of the Alexandrion Group. The Website is operated and administered by Alexandrion Grup Romania SRL (hereinafter referred to as “Alexandrion”).

1.4. Access to and use of this Website are permitted only to persons at least 18 years of age and only in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions, as well as with the applicable legal provisions in this field.

1.5. For campaigns and promotions advertised on the Website, interested persons are asked to consult the relevant rules and regulations, available in the “Promotional Campaigns” section.

1.6.1. Please read the following General Terms and Conditions regarding the use of this Website carefully.

1.7. Binding Nature of These General Terms and Conditions

1.7.1. Visiting and using the Website are conditional upon acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of use.

1.7.2. These General Terms and Conditions are accepted by you through the simple act of accessing the Website, representing the agreement of will between you and Alexandrion regarding the use of the Website. If any provision of this document proves to be null or invalid, all other provisions shall remain valid, as far as possible.

1.7.3. If you do not agree with the terms of use of the Website, which also involve the processing of personal data by Alexandrion, please do not use this Website.

1.7.4. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions occurs at the moment of accessing the Website. Continued browsing of the Website represents acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

1.8. Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions

1.8.1. In order to make the General Terms and Conditions more suitable for their purpose and to ensure ease of interaction, Alexandrion reserves the right to modify the content, structure, and manner of accessing the Website in accordance with changes relating to the craft/legislation applicable to alcoholic beverages and its own internal procedures. Consequently, these General Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time, without prior notice or notification. The revised General Terms and Conditions will apply to govern the use of the Website from the date the revised version is published on this Website. Therefore, please return to this page each time you use the Website to ensure that you are familiar with the current valid version.

1.8.2. Continued use of the Website by browsing it shall be deemed to constitute the User’s acceptance in the event of any amendment to these General Terms and Conditions.

2. DEFINITIONS

“Content” means any images, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphic elements, scripts, audio and/or video recordings, and other data produced and delivered in digital form on the Website and/or any module or component thereof.

“Newsletter” means the periodic information tool used by Alexandrion, exclusively electronic, to provide details regarding Products and/or its activity during a given period.

“Product Page” means the page dedicated to a proprietary Product of the Alexandrion Group, displaying detailed information about the Product. The information is accompanied by an image of the Product and may indicate the name and type of product, the manufacturer, awards and distinctions granted by specialist bodies, tasting notes, packaging options, usage suggestions, etc.

“Product” means any alcoholic beverage produced or imported by the Alexandrion Group that has a dedicated page on the Website.

“Social Media” means any form of electronic communication (such as websites, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) through which people create online communities to share information, ideas, personal messages, etc.

“User” means any natural person who, by confirming their age, accesses the Website and, by continuing to browse it, has given their consent to these General Terms and Conditions.

3. USE

3.1. Website Users are expressly prohibited from using either the Website or the information provided through it for the purpose of uploading, downloading, publishing, or transmitting any information whose content is illegal or contrary to accepted standards of morality and public order (for example: defamatory, offensive, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene, infringing on other persons’ right to privacy, inciting violence or racial or ethnic hatred, or of an intimidating nature).

The Content of the Website, regardless of the area of the Website in which it is located and regardless of type, may be used exclusively for personal purposes, defined for the purposes of this document as purely non-commercial purposes, without any direct or indirect intention of obtaining profit or gains of any kind from such use. 4. METHODS OF REPRODUCTION AND/OR REDISTRIBUTION

4.1. Reproduction and/or distribution of materials located in the unrestricted areas of this Website is permitted only where no modifications, deletions, additions, or any other alteration of the content are made, under the following conditions:

4.1.1. From the text taken or redistributed, a maximum of 5 lines of the original text, as published on the Website, may be published or posted on another website or on Social Media platforms, with the remainder of the material being available via a backlink to the page on the Website where the material is published.

4.1.2. Reproduction and distribution must be accompanied by:

• (i) the source,
• (ii) the author, and
• (iii) a direct backlink to the original article,

all of which must be clearly displayed in a visible location, with all identifying elements as mentioned in points (i)–(iii) above shown in a font size equal to that used to publish the text.

4.1.3. Reproduction and/or redistribution is permitted only where the purpose is to inform the public free of charge, without generating revenue, profit, advertising, or other commercial advantages, and only for websites and/or Social Media platforms.

4.1.4. It is strictly prohibited to take materials or information from the website for printing in any form, even for non-commercial purposes.

4.1.5. Even where the reproduction of materials for publication and/or redistribution on websites or Social Media is carried out in compliance with the conditions expressly set out in this chapter, Alexandrion reserves the right to request the removal of its materials from certain websites depending on their content, reputation, and decency within the online space.

4.1.6. The mere presence of Website Content on a Social Media platform or website does not imply that Alexandrion endorses and/or supports the opinions or points of view expressed on that website and/or Social Media account.

4.2. Alexandrion reserves the right to use all generally accepted IT tools to protect the Content of the Website, including services designed to detect plagiarism, in order to identify copied and/or reproduced content, and will contact and request the removal of content copied in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

4.3. Requests to use the Website’s content for purposes other than personal and non-commercial ones may be submitted through the contact form on the Website’s Contact page, with the message titled “Content Reproduction Request,” individually, for each article/text for which reproduction is requested, stating the purpose and reason for the request, as well as information about the media outlet where the content will be reproduced/published. Consent shall be deemed granted only once it has been expressly communicated in writing to the requester by Alexandrion’s legal representatives. The mere submission of a content reproduction request does not imply that the right to reproduce/redistribute/publish, etc., has been granted.

5.1. Alexandrion cannot be held liable in any way to any User who uses the Website or its Content, except within the limits of the provisions set out in these General Terms and Conditions.

5.2. A User’s access to the Website does not grant them any right to download or partially and/or fully modify the Content, to reproduce the Content in part or in full, to copy or exploit any Content in any other manner, or to transfer to any third party any Content to which they have and/or have obtained access, under a usage agreement, without Alexandrion’s prior written consent.

5.3. The Website may contain related links (called hyperlinks or links), which allow automatic connection to various Internet sites. These related sites are the property of third parties and are managed by them. Alexandrion is not responsible for the content, quality, or nature of other sites reached through links in the Content, regardless of the nature of such links. Responsibility for such sites lies entirely with their respective owners.

5.4. Alexandrion is exempt from any liability in the event of the use of sites and/or Content transmitted to a User, by any means (electronic, telephone, etc.), through the sites, email, or an Alexandrion employee, where such use of the Content may cause or causes damage of any kind to the User and/or any third party involved in this transfer of Content.

5.5. Alexandrion provides no direct or indirect warranties that:

• (i) the Website will be suitable for the User’s requirements;
• (ii) the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of any errors.

5.6. Alexandrion does not assume any obligation and does not warrant, implicitly or explicitly, the content of any kind of the Website, or the entire content offered to the User. Alexandrion will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information presented on the Websites and will attempt to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible.

5.7. Alexandrion is not responsible for any damages that may arise from the unauthorized use of information on the Website.

5.8. Alexandrion is not responsible for any costs and/or losses of any kind incurred/resulting from the use of information on the Website.

5.9. The photographs displayed on the Website do not create any obligation on Alexandrion’s part, in the sense that it does not assume responsibility for any textual errors or material inaccuracies.

5.10. By using the Website/Content, the User is solely responsible for all activities carried out through its use. The User shall also be liable for any material, moral, intellectual, or electronic damages, or of any other nature, caused to the Website or content belonging to Alexandrion, in accordance with applicable Romanian law.

5.11. Alexandrion is not liable to any User for any requests outside the scope of these General Terms and Conditions and cannot be held liable for any possible material or other damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from facts or other circumstances not mentioned in this section of the General Terms and Conditions.

6. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION

6.1. These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes arising between Alexandrion and Users shall be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, shall be settled by the competent courts of law.

6.2. If any of the above clauses is found to be null or invalid, for any reason, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.

7. NEWSLETTER

7.1. Alexandrion newsletters are sent via email.

7.2. When accessing the Website, the User has the option to express consent to receive promotional messages. The option regarding the User’s consent may be changed at any time using the link specifically provided within any Newsletter. Please refer to the Privacy Policy in this regard.

7.3. Unsubscribing from Newsletters does not imply withdrawal of acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.

8. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

8.1. The Content of the Website, including but not limited to logos, stylized representations, trademarks, static images, dynamic images, text, and/or multimedia content, is the exclusive property of Alexandrion and/or its partners, all rights obtained in this regard, whether directly or indirectly (through usage and/or publication licenses), being reserved. These elements are protected by Romanian legislation and international provisions relating to copyright, trademarks, designs and models, patents, etc.

Any reproduction or representation, even partial, by any means, carried out without the prior express written consent of Alexandrion and/or its partners where they hold the relevant rights, is prohibited and unlawful. Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes counterfeiting or an act of unfair competition, engaging the civil and criminal liability of its author. The User understands and accepts that, in the event of any breach of the above provisions, to any extent, they may be held liable by the authors/owners of the Website’s Content.

8.3. The implementation of hyperlinks to any page of this Website requires the prior express written consent of Alexandrion.

8.4. The use of any information on the Website for purposes other than consultative purposes, in particular for public, commercial, or humorous purposes, may be subject to legal proceedings both in Romania and abroad.
