Alexandrion Group has been developing into a Global Player and it is introducing a new corporate structure to help navigate into this expansion journey.
The Group is currently active in the following Sectors: Spirits and Wine Sector, Construction materials and real estate Sector, Agriculture Sector and Tourism Sector. The Group has offices and subsidiaries in Romania, Cyprus, USA, Brazil and Greece.
Under the new structure, there will be a separation of roles between the Chairman and the CEO.
The Chairman of the Group will be Mr. Nawaf Salameh and he will coordinate all the strategic decisions of the Group.

Already, I brought two of my sons to work beside me to learn how to run a business. They will not be allowed to sell the company, just to work and make it more prosperous for my and their descendants,” said Mr. Nawaf Salameh, Chairman of NSS Global Investments Limited.
The role of the CEO is assigned to the current Vice President Mr. Stelios Savva that will be responsible for the formation, implementation and monitoring of the strategy of all the Group worldwide.
Mr. Savvas Charalampous in his capacity as Group CFO, will coordinate the financial operations of the entire group.
The global board of the Alexandrion Group will be composed from three positions: the Chairman, the CEO and the CFO. Thus, Mr. Nawaf Salameh, Mr. Stelios Savva and Mr. Savvas Charalampous will be the one to make the most important decisions regarding the strategy and the medium to long-term business plan.
Alexandrion Group’s expansion both in Romania and globally brings with it a need for centralized control to support the plans and the development strategy for the next years. The new CFO of Alexandrion Group Mr. Savvas Charalampous will ensure the supervision of all financial operations.
The activities of the group in Romania will be coordinated as follows:
Spirits and Wine Sector
Alexandrion Trading will become the commercial arm of the Group in Romania, with CEO of the company Mr. Răzvan Vasile. Mr. Vasile was the current Commercial Director.
Alexandrion Distilleries will be the Company to produce all Alcoholic Drinks, in Romania, through our distillery in Bucov, Prahova county. The CEO of this company will be Mr. Stelios Savva Group CEO.
Halewood wine is the new addition to the Group in the Wine Sector and will also have as CEO Mr. Stelios Savva.
The existing businesses in Romania benefits from a strategically approach in order to consolidate the Romanian market shares. The long-term global strategy of Alexandrion Group includes the development of exports from 30 countries currently to more than 50.
